Most people are still not aware (eg. happy to throw out rubbish from car, or into the river). They do not think it is their problem.
WRONG BELIEVE
They think Waste Management is someone else’s job or that they are unable to help with the situation.
WRONG CHOICE
They choose to do the wrong thing.
NEED HELP
They want to do better but do not know how.
OPPORTUNITY TO SYNERGIZE
They are doing what they can.
