Mangrove Clean Up & Focus Discussion Group 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)

An uplifting event gathered over 60 participants, spanning from high school students in Denpasar to local communities, engaging in a unique experience of kayaking while collecting trash in the mangrove. The inclusion of a clean-up boat further enhanced our efforts to preserve the environment. After the mangrove cleaning, all the participants gather and do the FGD (focus discussion group) about the environment and waste management in Bali, especially in 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).

The combined effort for Mangrove Clean Up & Group Discussion — included members from Rotary Clubs & Rotaract Clubs in Bali, KUB Nelayan Segara Guna Batu Lumbang, SISPALA CAM, SMKS PGRI 2 Badung, SocialProject Bali, Pancawara Bali, other volunteers of various communities is aimed to not only combat plastic pollution in the mangroves but also to raise environmental awareness.

Additionally, the event served as a platform to announce and celebrate the winner of the design logo competition.
